Poutine: Finally, a definition

Great news, fellow Canadians! Merriam-Webster has finally decided to add our beloved and delicious (and dare I say national) specialty to the dictionary. (Yaaaay!) Poutine A French-Canadian dish featuring crispy fries, squeaky cheese curds and scoops of gravy, poutine joins a host of other foodie-friendly terms like pho, and turducken. Here's a screengrab of the official definition online: Poutine Whether you're a poutine fan or not this is a pretty big milestone for us Canadians. The beloved dish sets us apart from other comfort foods around the world, and it's super delicious! What other Canadian foodie terms should make it into the dictionary? Beaver tails? Butter tarts?
