When it comes to a grilled cheese sandwich, I love all sorts of different cheese varieties. I've also had many fancy grilled cheese sandwiches, featuring any number of ingredients: Lobster, truffles, beer-infused onions... the list goes on and on. But as far as I'm concerned, you just can't beat nice, simple extra-old Cheddar. Maybe I'm just a purist! Tell me: What's your favourite cheese for a grilled cheese? There is no wrong answer!
