Caramel Nut Blondies with Coffee-Vanilla Glaze

Our ooey-gooey blondies are stuffed with toasted nuts and caramel chips. Pair them with our Salted Caramel White Russian.

Method

Caramel Nut Blondies

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 8-inch square cake pan with parchment paper; set aside.

In bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Set aside.

In separate bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, beat butter with brown sugar, egg and vanilla until light and creamy. Using spatula, fold in reserved flour mixture. Stir in nuts and caramel chips. Scrape into prepared pan and bake for 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool completely, at least 3 hours.

 

Coffee-Vanilla Glaze

In bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in coffee, melted butter and vanilla. Grad­ually beat in icing sugar until smooth. Drizzle over Caramel Nut Blondies.
