Chocolate-Dipped Apple Pops

Method

Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Using sharp knife, cut apples into 1/2-inch slices. Remove and dis­card seeds. Make small incision at base of apple slice and insert wooden stick. Repeat with remaining apple slices. Set aside on prepared baking sheet.

Place dark chocolate chips in micro­waveable bowl and microwave on High at 30 second intervals until melted (stir between each interval).

Pat reserved apple pops dry with clean cloth. Dip in melted dark chocolate, turning to coat well and letting excess drip off. Return to prepared baking sheet; refrigerate until choc­olate has set, about 15 minutes.

Melt milk chocolate and white choc­olate separately in microwave. Dip fork in melted chocolates and drizzle over apple pops. Sprinkle with top­pings (if using). Refrigerate for 5 minutes. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight con-tainer and refrigerated for up to 2 days.)
