Method
Preheat oven to 325°F. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients until smooth, sticky dough forms. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes. Using hands, shape dough by 1 tbsp into balls. Arrange 2 inches apart on prepared baking sheet. Bake until lightly golden, about 18 minutes. Let cool on wire rack for 10 minutes.
Press macarons into sandwiches, bottoms together.
