Loaded with chocolate chips, peanut butter and two different kinds of chocolate, these colourful flourless bars make a family-friendly treat.

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 13- x 9-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

In bowl, whisk together oats, baking soda and salt.

In large bowl, using hand mixer on medium speed, beat peanut butter with brown sugar until smooth, about 1 minute. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time; beat in vanilla until combined, about 1 minute. Reduce speed to low; beat in oat mixture just until combined. Stir in chocolate chips, white chocolate and dark chocolate; scrape into prepared pan. Sprinkle with candies, pressing into dough.

Bake until top is firm and golden brown, about 30 minutes. Let cool in pan for at least 45 minutes before cutting into bars. Let cool completely.

Makes about 24 bars.
