In saucepan, combine blueberries, sugar and lemon juice; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Strain mixture over bowl, reserving juice. In separate bowl, mix together softened vanilla frozen yogurt with blueberries; spoon into prepared 9-inch graham cracker crust. Freeze for 2 hours. Garnish with whipped cream and blueberries. Drizzle reserved blueberry juice over each serving.
