White chocolate chunks make these cookies extra special and irresistible.

Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.

In large bowl, using electric mixer on medium speed, beat together butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar until fluffy, about 2 minutes. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time; beat in vanilla. In separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt; stir into butter mixture just until combined. Stir in chocolate.

Roll dough by 2 tbsp. Arrange, 2 inches apart, on prepared pans. Bake, 1 pan at a time, for 9 minutes. Let cool on pans on racks for 2 minutes; transfer directly to racks to cool completely.
