Place each banana stem up on sheet of foil and shape so banana sits level. Cut deep lengthwise slit in bananas just to bottom peel but not through it. Gently open bananas and fill pocket with marshmallows, chocolate and peanut butter chips. Squeeze lightly to close.

Preheat barbecue to medium-high heat (about 375°F). Place supported bananas on grill, close lid and cook until marshmallows and chocolate are melted, about 5 minutes. Using tongs, transfer bananas to serving platter. Serve hot.

Test Kitchen Tip: This gourmet version of the popular s’mores treat can be made on the grill or over a campfire. If you’re cooking over an open flame, wrap each banana completely in foil before placing it in the embers.
