Method

In small saucepan, whisk together sugar, cocoa powder and cornstarch. Whisk in milk; heat over medium-low heat. Whisk in chocolate chips until melted and mixture has thickened, 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat; let cool, whisking occasionally to maintain smooth texture, about 30 minutes.

Fill ice pop molds with dollops of chocolate mixture, alternating with sprinkles of mini marshmallows and crumbled graham crackers. Gently knock molds against counter a few times to evenly distribute toppings.

Freeze for 1 hour. Insert ice pop stick into centre of each mold. Freeze until firm, at least 5 hours.
