In small bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and butter. Spoon evenly into six 1-cup or eight 3⁄4-cup jars or glasses. Set aside.
In large bowl, combine strawberries and raspberry jam. Set aside.
Place chocolate in small heatproof bowl. Microwave cream in microwavable cup on medium-low heat for 1 minute; pour over chocolate and let stand for 2 minutes. Stir until chocolate is completely melted, then stir in chocolate-hazelnut spread.
Preheat barbecue to medium heat. Thread marshmallows on skewers; grill, turning occasionally, until well marked, about 2 minutes.
Spoon about 2 tbsp of the chocolate mixture over graham crumbs in each jar. Add 2 roasted marshmallows and about 2 tbsp reserved strawberry mixture to each jar. Repeat layers. Serve immediately.
