In bowl, combine cream cheese, pesto and pepper; transfer 1 tbsp to small bowl. Combine remaining mixture with yogurt; sprinkle with parsley. (Make-ahead: Cover and refrigerate for up to 2 days.)Starting at 1 end of each breadstick, wrap prosciutto around top third. Using reserved cream cheese mixture, secure almond slice onto tip of wrapped end. Serve with dip.
