These cool, creamy ice pops need only a few ingredients. The honey adds a lovely depth of flavour and helps the yogurt maintain its rich texture when frozen. You can swap out the blackberries for any fresh berries of your choosing.

Ingredients

Method

In small bowl, stir blackberries with sugar until coated. Let stand, stirring occasionally, until syrupy, about 15 minutes. In separate bowl, stir yogurt with honey until smooth. Alternately spoon yogurt and blackberry mixtures into 6 ice pop moulds, leaving 1/2-inch headspace; top each with 2 tsp of the granola. Insert pop sticks into centres. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours. Remove from moulds; serve with remaining granola for dipping.

Makes 6 ice pops.
