In blender, purée kiwifruits until smooth; add water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency. In large pitcher, combine kiwifruit purée, vodka, limoncello, Chartreuse, simple syrup and lemon juice. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve. (Make-ahead: Can be refrigerated overnight.)

When ready to serve, add sparkling water and ice cubes to pitcher; mix gently. Garnish with kiwifruit slices, cinnamon sticks and dried orange slices, if desired.


Change it up

LEMON & KIWIFRUIT COCKTAIL In shaker, using pestle, muddle 1 peeled kiwifruit. Add 1 oz vodka, 1/2 oz each limoncello, Chartreuse, simple syrup and lemon juice, and ice cubes. Close shaker and shake for 5 to 8 seconds. Place cocktail strainer over shaker, pour contents into rocks glass. Add sparkling water to fill glass. Garnish with kiwifruit slice. Makes 1 serving.
