Method

Place one scoop of ice cream in bottom of 4 dessert cups; drizzle each with half of the chocolate syrup. Repeat with remaining ice cream and chocolate syrup.

Divide beer among dessert cups, pouring gently. Add one shot of espresso to each glass. Garnish with grated chocolate and amaretti cookies, if using.
