Method

In blender, purée three-quarters of the banana, almond milk, oatmeal, almond butter, maple syrup, lemon juice and cinnamon. Spoon into bowl; garnish with remaining banana, almonds and coconut shavings.

 

Change it up: Almond, Chocolate & Banana Smoothie Bowl

Substitute 2 tsp cocoa powder for cinnamon and replace coconut shavings with chocolate shavings.
