In food processor or blender, purée banana, almond milk, pineapple, spinach, maple syrup and nutmeg until smooth; pour into bowl. 

Top with fresh fruit and granola (if using).

Test Kitchen Tip: Feel free to swap in your favourite non-dairy beverage to replace the almond milk. Oat milk, cashew milk and soy milk are all delicious options!
