In food processor, combine 1 cup packed fresh basil leaves, 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp pine nuts and 1 clove garlic, minced. Drizzle in 1/4 cup olive oil in thin stream, stirring until desired texture. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 1 month.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
