In small bowl, using fork, mash 1/3 cup crumbled blue cheese with 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt. Stir in 1/4 cup mayonnaise,
1 tbsp white wine vinegar, 1 tbsp chopped fresh chives and 1 small clove garlic, minced. Season with pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)
Makes about 1 cup.
