Caper Mayonnaise

Method

In bowl, combine 1/2 cup mayonnaise, 1/4 cup rinsed, drained and coarsely chopped capers, 1 tbsp grainy mustard and 1 tsp liquid honey. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Makes about 2/3 cup.
