In bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp each rice vinegar and oyster sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp granulated sugar and 1 tbsp cornstarch until sugar is dissolved. (Make-ahead: Can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
