In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tbsp each Dijon mustard and chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley, and 1 tsp maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
