Curry Vinaigrette (Quick & easy)

In small bowl, combine 1/3 cup sunflower oil, 3 tbsp cider vinegar, 2 tsp curry powder, 1 tsp old-fashioned mustard and 1 clove garlic, finely chopped. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be covered and refrigerated for up to 5 days.)

Makes about 1/2 cup.
