Method

In blender, purée 1/4 cup nutritional yeast, 3 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp each maple syrup, tamari sauce and water, and 1 clove garlic, minced. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 5 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
