Smoked Maple Vinaigrette

In small bowl, combine 1/4 cup olive oil, 3 tbsp white wine vinegar, 2 tsp maple syrup, 1 tsp Dijon mustard and 1/2 tsp smoked paprika. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to
5 days.) Makes about 1/2 cup.
