In bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Add shrimp, pickles, dill, capers and shallot; mix gently. Place 1/4 cup arugula in each bun. Divide shrimp mixture among buns.



Tartar sauce is traditionally prepared with mayonnaise. In our recipe, we opted for a lighter version made with yogurt.
