In bowl, whisk together 1/4 cup each grapeseed oil and sodium-reduced soy sauce, 2 tbsp each hoisin and Worcestershire sauces, and 1 tbsp each tahini and liquid honey, and 1 tbsp sake, if desired. Sea­son with pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.) Makes about 3/4 cup.
