This handy chart makes roasting easy at any size.
Tent turkey with foil. Roast in 325°F (160°C) oven, removing foil for last hour, until thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reads 185°F (85°C).
For convection oven, reduce time by 25 per cent. Bake stuffing in separate dish while turkey is standing, since stuffing in the bird may not have time to reach safe temperature in convection oven.
