Chipotle, the fast-food chain specializing in tacos, bowls and made-to-order burritos, recently shared its top three tips for successful chicken—think juicy, tender, and full of flavour.
3 tips for juicy chicken:
1. Choose chicken thighs; they are more flavourful than other parts of the chicken.
2. Flip your chicken when it’s 70% cooked through; once you see that one side has charred to the colour of root beer, you’ll know it’s time to cook the other side.
3. Cut skin-side down in bite-sized pieces.
