Method

Using Y-shaped peeler, carefully peel asparagus lengthwise into ribbons; place in serving bowl. Add lettuce, avocado, pistachios and capers.

In separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and honey; season with salt and pepper. Pour over salad, tossing gently to coat.
