Method
In saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta until al dente. Rinse with cold water, drain and transfer to large bowl. Add tomatoes, yellow pepper, Cheddar and bacon; toss gently.
In separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, oil, paprika, parsley, dill, chives, garlic powder and onion powder; season with salt and pepper. Pour dressing over pasta mixture and toss to coat. Transfer to serving dish.
