Method

Preheat oven to 350°F. In bowl, stir together garlic, artichoke hearts, olives, tomatoes, oregano, hot pepper flakes, lemon juice, olive oil and honey. Add 2 tbsp to each of 4 mini casserole dishes or ramekins. Top each with slice of feta; spoon remaining olive mixture over top. Place casserole dishes on large baking sheet. Bake until feta is lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, if using, and drizzle with olive oil and honey. Serve with toasted baguette slices.
