Method

In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions. Drain pasta and let cool for a few minutes. Transfer pasta to large bowl. Add bacon, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion, fresh herbs and Parmesan. Season with salt and pepper; toss to combine. Add Creamy Ranch Dressing, tossing gently to combine.

 

Creamy Ranch Dressing

In bowl, whisk together 1/3 cup each mayonnaise, sour cream and buttermilk, 1 tbsp lemon juice and 2 tbsp ranch seasoning. Season with salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.) Makes about 1 cup.
