Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper; set aside.
In skillet over medium heat, cook bacon, stirring occasionally, until lightly browned, 3 to 4 minutes. Transfer to paper towel-lined place to drain.
Place flatbreads on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with provolone and Cheddar cheeses. Top with pear slices, bacon and onion.
Bake for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle flatbread with walnuts; bake for 5 minutes. Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle with blue cheese and arugula.
