In bowl, combine lime juice, mirin, oil and miso paste. Set aside.

In large salad bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, romaine, cranberries, pears, walnuts and cheese. Add dressing to taste and toss to combine. Let sit 5 minutes before serving.
