This slightly spicy, sweet, and salty pie is full of umami thanks to its roasted tomato sauce base.

Method

Preheat oven to 550°F. On floured work surface, roll out Homemade Pizza Dough with your hands to form thin even crust; place on pizza pan.

Spread roasted tomato sauce over crust; sprinkle with cheese, Nduja sausage, chili paste, and olives. Bake until cheese is melted and crust is starting to brown, 4 to 6 minutes. Sprinkle with arugula, if using.
