Method
Place pork in slow cooker (if necessary, remove twine). Add orange zest and juice, lime zest and juice, broth, beer, onion, cumin, oregano, garlic powder and bay leaves. Season with salt and pepper; stir to combine and coat pork. Cover and cook on High for 4 to 5 hours.
Transfer pork to large bowl and shred with forks. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.)
Assembly
Stuff taco shells with Carnitas-Style Pork and top with salsa verde, jalapeño slices, red onion slices and diced avocado.
