Chorizo Cream Wraps

In food processor, purée chorizo, cream cheese, yogurt and tomato paste to a smooth consistency. (Make-ahead: Can be stored in airtight container and refrigerated for up to 3 days.)

Place 2 lettuce leaves in centre of each tortilla. Top with chorizo cream mixture, roasted peppers and cucumbers. Fold sides of tortilla toward centre and roll gently, squeezing tightly. Slice wraps in half.
