Method
In mini blender or food processor, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, milk, everything bagel seasoning and maple syrup. Season with salt and pepper; blend until smooth and creamy. Set aside. In large salad bowl, combine lettuce, cucumbers, onion, capers and half of the smoked salmon. Add half of the dressing; toss gently to coat. Top with remaining smoked salmon and the microgreens, if using. Serve with remaining dressing.
