Herb Spread

In bowl, mix together cream cheese, shallot, garlic, green onion, dill, parsley, chives, oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper.

Bagels

Toast bagels, if desired. Slather herb spread over each bagel half. Top with endive, salmon, cucumbers, avocados and microgreens; cap with remaining bagel halves. Season with salt and pepper.
