Preheat oven to 425°F. In large bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil and cloves garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake, stirring twice during cooking time, until Brussels sprouts are lightly browned, 20 to 25 minutes.
