Method

In food processor, purée garlic, roasted red peppers, almonds, tomato paste, parsley, vinegar, lemon juice and paprika until smooth. With motor running, add olive oil in thin, slow stream. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

 

Green Beans Place beans in steamer basket in saucepan over boiling water; cover and cook until tender-crisp, 3 to 4 minutes.

Generously spread Romesco Sauce over serving plate. Top with beans, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with capers, parsley and almonds. Serve with lemon wedges and remaining Romesco Sauce.
