Green Coleslaw In large bowl, combine cabbage, cucumber and green onions. Set aside.
Cashew & Herb Dressing In blender, purée oil, vinegar, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, cashews, shallot, basil, chives and mint on high speed until smooth.
