Grilled Zucchini & Green Onions

In shallow dish, combine oil, garlic, onion powder and oregano. Using mandoline or sharp knife, slice zucchini lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips. Place zucchini in dish and turn gently to coat with marinade; season with salt and pepper.

Preheat barbecue to medium heat (about 350°F); grease grill. Place zucchini on grill and cook, turning halfway through grilling time, until tender-crisp, about 5 minutes. Transfer to large bowl. Add green onions to grill and cook, turning halfway through grilling time, 1 minute. Chop green onions and add to bowl. Gently mix zucchini, green onion and cranberries. Season with salt and pepper.
