Halloumi Wraps

Delicious weekday dinner that come together in a flash.

Heat skillet over medium-high heat. Add halloumi and oregano; cook, turn­ing cheese halfway through cooking time, until golden, about 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, in bowl, combine tomatoes, cucumbers, lettuce, oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. 

Spread 1/4 cup hummus over centre of each tortilla. Sprinkle with parsley. Top with reserved salad and halloumi. Fold sides of tortilla toward centre and roll up tightly. Cut wraps in half.
