In large saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta according to package directions.
Meanwhile, in large non-stick skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and sausages; cook, stirring often and breaking up meat with wooden spoon, until meat begins to brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Add garlic and tomato; cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes. Stir in passata and cream; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes.
Drain pasta; stir into sauce. Gently stir in spinach; cook until spinach is wilted, 2 to 3 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan.
