Method
In large saucepan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned, 4 to 5 minutes. Add onion, garlic, bay leaves and lemon zest; cook, stirring often, for 2 minutes.
Stir in pasta, cream and broth. Bring to boil, reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente, about 10 minutes. Add broccolini and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 3 minutes. Remove from heat; let stand for 2 minutes. Stir in grated pecorino, and pecorino shavings, if using.
