Method
Preheat oven to 325°F. Place turkey breasts in ovenproof Dutch oven and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
In measuring cup, whisk together maple syrup, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder and ginger; pour over turkey breasts. Sprinkle with pecans and season lightly with salt and pepper. Cover and bake, basting occasionally with pan juices, until instantread thermometer inserted in centres of breasts reads 165°F, 1 hour 30 minutes. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Serve with Chestnut Stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and green peas, if desired.
