Preheat oven to broil.
In food processor, pulse bread, butter, oil, oregano, salt and pepper until combined; set aside.
In small bowl, stir together wine and lime juice.
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour wine mixture over top and cover with bread crumbs. Roast until chicken is cooked and bread
crumbs are golden, about 15 minutes. Garnish with lime zest.
