Preheat oven to 400°F.
In food processor, pulse bread, butter, oil, oregano, salt and pepper until combined; set aside.
In small bowl, stir together wine and lime juice.
Place chicken in baking dish. Pour wine mixture over top and cover with bread crumbs.
Bake in 400°F oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until juices run clear when pierced with a fork. Broil for 2 or 3 minutes or until topping is crisp. Garnish with lime zest.
