Endives are an unsung hero of greens. Top your zesty salad off with creamy burratini (mini burrata cheese balls).

Dressing

In bowl, whisk together honey, Dijon, garlic, mixed herbs, vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper; set aside.

 

Salad

In separate bowl, combine endives, watercress and peas. Drizzle with reserved Dressing and toss to coat. Transer to serving bowl, top with burratini balls and sprinkle with chopped mixed fresh herbs, if desired.
